Background:With rapid advancements in mobile technology, devices, and network capabilities, coupled with the availability of improved data and voice plans, there is a critical need toreassess the market for mobile communication solutions.These developments present an opportunity to identify and implement more efficient, cost-effective, and reliable services to meet the evolving communication needs of UN Agencies operating in Papua New Guinea. Establishing a new Long-Term Agreement(LTA) will ensure the uninterrupted provision of high-quality mobile phone and communication services, optimize service delivery and management, and enhance operational efficiency across agencies.
