The objective of this assignment is to support IFC and CPL in developing an evidence-based, investment-ready business plan and financial model to guide the expansion of CPL-s Wellness Medical Centers in Papua New Guinea. The assignment is expected to deliver a practical, user-friendly, and implementable business plan that supports both affordable, high-quality healthcare delivery and financial sustainability.Specifically, the assignment will deliver:· A user-friendly, actionable business plan outlining a 3-5 year clinic rollout strategy, including location prioritization, service mix, and implementation sequencing.· A robust, flexible financial model to assess capital requirements, operating performance, cash flow, and financial sustainability under multiple scenarios.While all phases remain integral, greater emphasis will be placed on ensuring that the outputs of the assignment directly inform implementation decisions and financial planning.
